Authorities arrested two individuals after investigators reportedly discovered nearly 175 dogs living in severe overcrowded and unsanitary conditions inside a property.

According to officials, animal control officers and police responded after receiving multiple complaints from neighbors about strong odors, constant barking, and concerns for animal welfare. When authorities entered the home, they allegedly found dozens of dogs packed into small spaces with limited access to food, water, or proper sanitation.

Investigators described the conditions as overwhelming, with several animals requiring immediate medical attention. Rescue teams spent hours removing the dogs from the property and transporting them to local shelters and veterinary facilities for evaluation and care.

Neighbors said they were shocked by the scale of the situation, though some admitted they had suspected something was wrong for months due to the constant noise and smell coming from the home.

The suspects were taken into custody and could face multiple charges related to animal cruelty and neglect. Authorities stated that the investigation remains ongoing while rescue organizations work to rehabilitate and rehome the animals.
